What positions have you held at Pan-Oston?
“I started as a Procurement Specialist and then transitioned into the sales department as the Inside Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and finally the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. I then took a role as our Director of Strategy before being promoted to President.”
What are some highlights of your Pan-Oston career?
“I’ve loved growing and learning in my various positions at Pan-Oston. One of my favorite parts of my job has been having the opportunity to mentor young professionals and seeing their growth inside and outside our business.”
Did you ever see yourself working in manufacturing?
“I was introduced to manufacturing through an internship at the General Motors Corvette Assembly Plant during my junior year of college. I fell in love with manufacturing, and it completely changed my career path. I had no exposure to it before this internship, but I came to love the fast-paced, challenging, and ever-changing environment.”
Do you have any tips for someone wanting to build a career in leadership or manufacturing?
“My advise would be to never stop learning and always push yourself to grow more. Ask questions and learn from those around you, whether they are inside your industry or not. The wonderful and intriguing thing about manufacturing is that there’s always room for improvement! Stay focused, determined, and be great at what you do! Make yourself stand out and differentiate yourself from the pack.”
